3/8/09: My response to the lying Experian, Equifax, Trans Union and NCO lawyers motion to dismiss
I’m glad I lived through it, here are my response and exhibits at CreditCourt.
I asked the court to order the attorneys to withdraw from the case or in the alternative, verify their motion and reply. I’m about as sick as I’ve ever been of lying lawyers. And I asked for all future filings to be verified.
I’ve had ENOUGH of their lies!
I already registered two new domains, for this suit so I can properly showcase the SCUM that’s licensed to lie to the courts and for my series of FTC complaints.
I’d like to prepare one FTC complaint per week, send the DRAFT to the CRA and creditor for review and if they don’t respond and/or change their illegal practices, the complaint goes to the FTC.
With some luck, I’ll have both sites up and running within a couple days.

I was kind of ready to just let all that legal stuff go and focus on finishing my house and growing some food, but they really MOTIVATED me to make one last effort to document how corrupt the legal system is and to document systemic FCRA and FDCPA violations.
The Devry / Experian FTC complaint is first.
The credit bureaus ought to give the lawyers a BONUS for the wonderful publicity they created for their clients.
The lawyers think they’re SO smart and they conspired to have me railroaded once again.
CONGRATURLATIONS, you FOOLS!
Now it doesn’t matter one bit how judge Teilborg rules.
They’ve already taken everything that can be taken from me.
Freedom is having nothing left they can take from you.
Well, I still got my life and so far, so good.
It’s been a long week and I’m so tired, but thinking about those lying scumbags gets me fired up every time.
