My 1997 FNMA mortgage FRAUD and foreclosure documentary is back on-line
Friday night a couple weeks ago I moved some more domains to EuroVPS and as I was checking to see whether all the old forums transferred ok, I checked ONE random posting in my 1997 forum and it happened to be Cindi’s posting:
12/23/1997: Sometimes You Get What You Need
The memories hit me hard, it was very depressing. I had to search extensively, but I finally found the old FNMA pages. I spent all day Saturday reading through the pages, renaming, updating and fixing the links. Two weeks later, I’m finally done.
I read the e-mails to Hillary Clinton and the White House and I remember talking to Cindi on the phone that day, she was so desperate, homeless, broke - and there was nothing I could do. I had no money, was struggling to pay my $2,200 mortgage payment and for the most part lived in a tent so I could rent out the house.
I actually had driven to So Cal to to meet Cindi.
I reviewed the original money order receipts, we went to the courthouse to review the file. I still have the camcorder tape with tons of pictures of filings, we couldn’t afford $.50 cents a copy.
We had a meeting with a local newspaper reporter who considered writing an article about the foreclosure. But FNMA and their attorneys refused to schedule a meeting so we could show them why they were wrong. I’m sure they deliberately defrauded Cindi. They’re used to prevailing and as this documentary shows, they either control the judges or the judges volunteer to conspire to illegally foreclose.
The stress due to the FNMA legal threats to my webhost was enormous.
The web pages were all we had going for Cindi. It was just devastating to find out how cruel and heartless so many of the .com people in the San Francisco Bay Area were. The censorship and foreclosure issues were discussed extensively in the .ba newsgroups. One asshole actually wrote that Cindi had 2 years to get her shit together and that she should shut up and accept that she lost her house.
Cindi’s attorney Jerry L. Steering also threatened to sue me.
What an incompetent moron. Too stupid to count to 17—or really working for FNMA?
I think Cindi finally went to stay with her parents and I sure was glad to see that she didn’t kill herself and even got the house back.
After Cindi had left, I had no updates and when I changed the BayHouse site format, I didn’t have time to convert the pages and frankly, I just wanted to forget what happened. Even 8 years later the emotions are overwhelming.
Why did I bother udating and republishing now?
Lender fraud happened occasionally 8 years ago turned and turned into a normal business practice today. Illegal foreclosures increased exponentially.
Cindi was very bright, highly organized and a fighter. The people I see today are for the most part ignorant, lazy, stupid and some are downright corrupt - as corrupt as the defrauding lenders. Yes, some are ill, senile, on medication, don’t speak much English or whatever.
Of course the lender thugs target the most vulnerable, they’re looking for easy prey. But you can’t tell me that ALL the victims have no choice but to limit their activities to whining.
Where are all the other foreclosure fraud documentaries?
Many people are bribed by the lenders.
People don’t know how? In 2002 I documented the Wells Fargo Fraud:
Wells Fargo and the Buckley Firm conspiring to fraudulently foreclose on Lynette’s home.
The format of the FNMA fraud documentary was a lot more crude, limited to 2 pages: the chronology and the evidence page. It’s really NOT hard to put together a chronology.
And I’m so tired of explaining over and over that you need the lender’s ACCOUNTING. And you need a factual summary and your documentation for your payments.
The bottom line:
It’s the ACCOUNTING, stupid!
If you can make your case on a website, even your dimwitted attorney and the court might get it.
This was 8 years ago and if I had left those pages up, maybe foreclosure fraud would not be quite as rampant today.
Maybe I would have been able to get FNMA attorney Sharon Mason disbarred and/or convicted, maybe Judge John P. Wade would have been removed from the bench.
Maybe, maybe not. The least I can do is ensure that their crimes no longer remain secret. Maybe their next victim will find this documentary and learn how to prevail - paying $10K to a stupid attorney will NOT get results.
I’m also hoping that some of the people involved will find the pages and this posting, it would be nice to get an update, even if it’s another legal threat.

The MAIN reason for reviving the FNMA FRAUD documentary is to show all those people in foreclosure TODAY what they need to do to prevail.

Throughout her posting she fails to post the names of the lender, judge, etc.
“After all the facts were laid out proving many violations which should have given us the right to recoupment plus damages for those violations, the last words from our esteemed judge were that if you are stupid enough to sign papers you don’t understand you have to basically pay the consequences.”
Why doesn’t Sasha post the recording on the web? She deliberately PROTECTS this asshole of a judge by not even mentioning his name.
Who is the *real* problem, the corrupt judge or the people protecting him?
I had posted the link to the FNMA chronology, telling Sasha that she needed to prepare a factual summary. Her response:
“Unfortunately, right now I simply don’t have the time to do the things you have asked and suggested I do.”
If it’s not important enough for Sasha to take the time to document her case, maybe the judge wasn’t corrupt at all. Apparently Sasha thinks you go to court, tell a convincing tale and prevail. It just ain’t so.
“I can totally understand your impatience with “people like me” who don’t care enough about others to possibly jeopardize and compromise their own situation.”
That’s the bottom line. People want to make deals with the criminals, they only care about their own property and benefits and are corrupt themselves.
Fine, settle with the criminals, accept their bribe, enjoy your money. Become one of them.
Obviously, I have NO intention of wasting my time on selfish people who don’t even care enough about their own case to prepare a factual summary. Are you getting exactly what you deserve?

I’m so tired of the whining and not getting anything accomplished. Last night I ordered the Before You Know It - Spanish program, it’s pretty cool. I’m ready to get out of here.
I’ve done everything I could do for Americans, it’s time to look for some people a little less corrupt and a little more intelligent.

I found this web site and simply must talk to you. I’m not finding any updates on this information since 2005. I’m currently fighting my lender and researching this industry and I’m distressed to see that abuses have been rampant for many years.
