Mr. Smith from the Phoenix marshals didn’t call back
First I called the marshals office to find out whether yesterday’s visit was legit. Got transferred to a VM, left a message stating that I was concerned and would like to know whether he really was a marshal - she didn’t call me back.
This afternoon I called again and asked for Mr. Schmidt. Got transferred to his VM and left a message requesting investigation and prosecution of judge Broomfield, the attorneys including David Szwak and of course Experian and CIC. Didn’t get a call back.
So, they have time to send a marshal on a 500 mile round trip to deliver two pieces of paper, but not the 2 minutes to call me back. Nice!
A neighbor came by telling me that he was reading the Book of Daniel last night and that it reminded him of my situation.
Nebuchadnezzar gathered the sheriffs and judges and governors to worship the golden image and when 3 boys refused to worship it, he had them thrown in the fiery furnace, but they didn’t burn!
Well, that’s encouraging. It’s all about money and power—which they worship and I don’t have. Realistically, I don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of prevailing. But then again, one never knows.
The Book Of Daniel Chapter Three:
The Book Of Daniel Chapter Three.
The king Nebuchadnezzar made an image of gold, 90 feet in height, and 9 feet in breadth, set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon. He then sent to gather together Princes, governors, captains, judges, treasurers, counscellors, sheriffs, and rulers of the provinces to come to the dedication of the image, which he had set up.
Then an herald cried aloud ,To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages, that at what time you hear the sound of all music, you bow down and worship the golden image that I the king Nebuchadnezzar hath set up: And who falls not down and worship shall the same hour be cast in the burning fiery furnace. The people bowed down and worshipped the golden image. But certain Chaldeans came near and accused the Jews.
They said to the king Nebuchadnezzar, O king live forever. You made a decree that every man that hear the music shall fall down and worship the golden image: and who did not should be cast into the burning fiery furnace. There are certain Jews whom you have set up over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded you: they serve not your gods nor the golden image which you have set up. The king in his rage and fury commanded that they be brought before him.
The king said to them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, you do not serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up? Now if you be ready when you hear the sound of all kind of music, you fall down and worship the image that I have made; well: but if you do not worship the image, you shall be cast the same hour into the burning furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?
The three boys answered and said to the king, we are not careful to answer you in this matter, the God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand. But if not we will not serve your gods, nor worship the golden imge which you have set up. Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, commanded that the furnace be heated seven times hotter. He also commanded his most mighty men in his army to bind them and cast them into the burning fiery furnace. The heat of the furnace killed the men that throw them in the furnace.
These three men fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and said to his counsellers,Did we not cast three men bound into the fire? They answered and said, true O king, he said I see four men loose walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the fourth is like the Son of God. The king came near and called Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, to come forth, and come hither. They came forth out of the midst of the fire.
The princes, governers, captains, and the king’s counsellers gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passesd on them. Nebuchadnezzar said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego,who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him,and have changed the king’s word, and have yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.
Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.
Then the king promoted Shadrach Meshach and Abed-nego, in the province of Babylon.
