Opened my PIM, looked up my login info and logged into my Equifax account:

Clicked on "Detail" for "as of 08/08/2003 New Inquiries" and got:

Once again I sit here wondering whether I'm the one who's stupid or if it's them.

I don't see no inquiry today, in August, or July.

WTF??????

While there, I thought I'd try to order my report again, of course it was declined.

15 minutes wasted.

eqifax will take information from a company that
is at least seven years old and add it to your
credit report. and if you try to dispute it yourself, you get nasty grams from them. i know
i did.

If the info is over 7 years old and they verified after a factual dispute, you should sue.
