James Morrison aka Lizardking update

http://lizardkingexposed.com/ is live again and there’s a new Morrison motion for a request for an extension to respond because he’s attempting to get an attorney to handle the case. 

What’s an attorney going to do?  “Oh, uhm, my client lied and defrauded numerous creditors and collectors, ...”

It looks like Morrison is behind schedule with his suit against everybody who publicizes his despicable conduct.

Morrison aka Lizardking doesn’t like his threatening e-mails posted

I can just see Morrison foaming at the mouth.  Of course he doesn’t want people publicizing his intimidation tactics, the publication of his fraudulent and criminal activities is what brought on the judgments AGAINST him.

And, if enough people publicize and subsequently join their efforts and document the extent of his fraud and extortion, I sure hope he’ll get jail time!

So, here’s his email:

Well, well.  Mr. Morrison didn’t read my Privacy Policy.  He didn’t read the 1996 Moron of the Year Award

And, he’s forgetting that I’m giving him full credit for his e-mails.

I’d love to hear from Ivan Hoffman about this specific alleged copyright violation.  I doubt he’ll agree with Mr. Morrison.

Apparently everything I wrote about you is correct.  Therefore, it will stay.

And here’s a clue: Should you sue me, I will feature you and your threats and crimes in a press release.  My last release was accessed 117,314 times as of right now - not including reposts.

I’ve been publishing for 10 years.

Never once have I deleted anything in response to a legal threat.

I will also follow NCO’s and Wolpoff & Abramson’s lead and request that you and your moron attorney pay my legal fees as well as punitive and compensatory damages.

Please do NOT contact me again unless you are writing to submit a factual dispute in accordance with my editorial policy.

I provided you with the page. See above. You posted that info and I notified you that I have a lawyer who is filing a civil lawsuit against the authors of the lizardkingexposed.com website. That website was being used as part of a $50,000 extortion scam that James Keener and Jeremy Mauer were attempting. I am suing them for civil RICO, defamation, harrassment and conspiracy. If you want to be named co-defendant for continuing to be a part of the publication of it, that is fine with me. It will be very easy for me to add you on and we can sort out with lawyers how much involvement you have had in this scheme.

My attorney’s name is Adam Horner in Charlotte North Carolina. He will be the next person contacting you and it will be a summons to the temporary restraining order hearing that we are scheduling for Keener and Mauer next Tuesday or Wednesday after I have one more affidavit from another person Keener harrassed. Because a civil RICO charge is part of the claim, my legal fees are likely to be awarded to me. If you want to be a part of this process, that is your choice. Or you have the opportunity to delete everything you have posted related to me and you can go about your life. I can assure you that the next step will be legal if you do not delete everything mentioning me.

It’s your choice. But I can promise you, you will be sued for publishing ANYTHING that mentions my name and anything on that website which Keener did. I have already spent $5,000 on an attorney to start the ball rolling on James Keener and Jeremy Mauer. Adding you to the list of people sued for defaming me is no problem at all at this point.

You have until tomorrow to delete all references to me or you will be added as a co-defendant and you can join Keener and Mauer paying legal fees on this one. I can promise you that EVERYONE who continues to publish anything related to this issue will be sued non-stop. James Keener is facing criminal charges for extortion because of his attempt to “sell” his website to me for $50,000.

Apparently EVERYTHING I posted is true.

Mr. Morisson is sweating bullets because apparently I’m the only person on the planet not afraid of him.

Why would ANY judge order the removal of the public record filings and web postings documenting how this crook James Morrison lied to the court and defrauded creditors by filing frivolous suits?

I sure hope that’s not going to happen.  It’s extemely important to expose the crooks - that’s the best deterrent for anyone just *thinking* about engaging in these despicable practices.

I don’t care whether it’s Wells Fargo, NCO or Morrison:

Jail time for the crooks!

This is shaping up to be another asshole vs. asshole, like Miller vs. Magedson.

I don’t recall selling this site to James Morrison or otherwise having any obligation whatsoever to him or anyone else, other than to report accurate facts and clearly label what’s my opinions. 

Once again, here is my editorial policy:

Upon written notice (best by email or fax to 571-222-1000) of any false statements I will decide whether a correction is appropriate.  You need to provide me with the URL for the page and include the exact excerpt you object to.

The people running the other credit forums are so scared of him, they’re afraid to mention his name! 

Of course I know that I’ll NEVER recover my legal fees if he really has the nerve to sue me, the court filings and the evidence show that Morrison is a lying crook and a deadbeat.  But I’m wondering about his attorney, is he a deadbeat too?  If they file this entirely frivolous suit and name me, I’ll sure go for sanctions.
