Calling on Cal AG and governor candidate Jerry Brown to arrest Mark Cella (FDRS)
My DEMAND to AG Jerry Brown for arrests and restitution
Of course I’m fully aware that AG Brown couldn’t possibly care less if he wasn’t running for governor.
I gave him over a week, until next Friday, to respond and take ACTION. I doubt I’ll get a response.
The internet is becoming more and more important for the candidates and just about every newspaper allows comments. It’ll be interesting to see if people care enough to MAKE Jerry Brown do what’s right.
Of course this is NOT just about FDRS, the debt settlement fraud is EVERYWHERE. The regulators do NOTHING.
I don’t even know who else is running for governor aside from the Ebay CEO (PayPal) Meg Whitman and I definitely prefer Jerry Brown over her. All the media coverage I’ve seen is ONLY about Brown and Whitman, I have to check Wiki to see who else is running.

For all of you NOT in California, remember that California is larger than most countries and and has frequently paved the way for NATIONAL policies. Unfortunately, California is now leading the way into bankruptcy and lawless corporatism.
California COULD be the state to declare independence from the international bankers, start their OWN state bank and tell the national banks to get the hell out of California.
Capital One subsequently formed a NATIONAL bank after California and other states sued it for its vile and illegal practices.
It SEEMS like California was on the right track back then. What happened? Why did California capitulate to the federal government?
North Dakota did many years ago what California SHOULD have done in 2003: start its STATE bank.

Nader the only public person with the guts to say it as it is

Fox News: “Guess who’s here? The Independent party candidate, Ralph Nader. This is his second run for the Presidency since he played spoiler in the close 2000 contest. This year he was on the ballot in 45 states plus D.C. This year he was polling about 1-percent. Ralph, you spoke to Fox News Radio’s Houston affiliate today, and said this:”
Nader: “To put it very simply, he is our first African American president; or he will be. And we wish him well. But his choice, basically, is whether he’s going to be Uncle Sam for the people of this country, or Uncle Tom for the giant corporations”.
Fox News: “Really—Ralph Nader—What was that?”
Nader: “It’s very simple. He has gone along with corporate power from the moment he entered politics in the State Senate—Voted for the Wall Street Bailout—Supports expanding military budget that is desired by the military industrial complex, and doesn’t really have a tax reform thing for the ordinary fellow in this country—Opposes single-payer full Medicare for all, because the giant HMOs AETNA and SIGNA do—Doesn’t have a living wage—He’s supposed to be respectful of the poor—but hardly mentions them in his speech—It’s all the middle class—He doesn’t have a comprehensive program...”

Fox News: “… and you utter the words ‘Uncle Tom’? Are you kidding me?”
Nader: “Yeah… that’s the question he’s gotta face.”

Fox News: “He didn’t have to face it until it came out of your mouth! I mean, I just wonder if you don’t realize that you had a number of supporters out there. You were running a percentage this year, you were reduced to irrelevant, and I just wonder now if that’s what you want your legacy to be—the man who, on the night that the first African American President in the history of this nation was elected, you ask if he’s going to be Uncle Sam or Uncle Tom.”
Nader: “Yeah, of course. He’s turned his back on a hundred-million poor people in this country—African Americans and Latinos and poor whites, and we’re gonna hold them to a higher standard. It’s just not an unprecedented career move, ya know, in the White House. We expect more of Barack Obama...”

Fox News: “You were reduced to complete irrelevance here. You weren’t able to play spoiler. Will you run again?”
Nader: “Look, I don’t like bullies like you. I can’t see you. You can pull the plug on me. I’m lookin’ at a dark camera...”

Fox News: “You said “Uncle Tom”. I didn’t say it, sir. With respect, I did not say it...”
Nader: “I said that’s the question HE has to answer. He can become a great President, or he can become a toady for the corporate powers that have brought both parties to their knees against working people in this country, and have allowed our country to be hijacked by global corporations who have no allegiance to this country other than to ship its jobs and industries to fascist and communist dictators abroad who know how to keep their workers in their place. This is reality here. This is not show business. It’s not celebrity politics. There are people suffering in this country, and we expect a great Presidency from Barack Obama, and we’re gonna try to hold his feet to the fire...”

Obama is no MLK.
Obama is as corrupt as anyone. He associated and did business with crooks. That’s how you become president in America. No honest person has a chance.
The corporations picked him because they control him. They donated HUGE amounts of money and the corporate controlled media made him president.
Obama has done NOTHING for the people.
It’s his job to pacify the poor and especially the blacks. I’d like to see an interview with Peggy Joseph in a year. Will Obama take care of her mortgage and the fuel for her car?
Sooner or later they’ll figure out that skin color is irrelevant.
It’s the heart that counts.
I could be wrong and maybe Obama will turn on his sponsors. Maybe it was all an act to become president and Obama will show his true intentions, to put the corporations in their place and to put the PEOPLE first.
So far, it doesn’t look like it.

Cindy Sheehan campaign office damaged and computer stolen
Cindy Sheehan’s Campaign Headquarters Heavily Damaged in Late Night Attack
Oct 30 06:03 PM US/EasternSAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/—Just 5 days before the election, at 3a.m. on October 30th, all of the front windows of the Cindy Sheehan for Congress campaign offices were shattered. Although staffers had been in the office less than an hour earlier, no one was in the building at the time of the incident. No one was hurt and there were no witnesses. Cindy Sheehan is a candidate for Congress in California’s 8th Congressional District race against incumbent Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
“It seems to have been a calculated intimidation tactic,” said Tiffany Burns, the Cindy for Congress campaign manager. “One of our computers was stolen, but no other property was taken from our offices and no surrounding buildings were targeted. Clearly they wanted to both frighten us and to gather information.” Total damage to the campaign office is currently estimated at more than $5,000.
The Cindy for Congress campaign recently chronicled a series of unusual events, including other threats of violence, in a statement issued on October 13th. In that statement, Cindy Sheehan noted “[t]he past few weeks have been a little strange at Cindy for Congress [...] the things that have been happening could just be coincidences, or a run of bad luck, but the climate for the possibility of campaign hanky-panky certainly exists.”
Campaign staffers also note each incident, including today’s early morning incident, has followed closely on the heels of a confrontation with Cindy Sheehan’s opponent Nancy Pelosi. This morning’s incident occurred after an on-air confrontation between the two candidates on KQED’s public affairs program Forum with Michael Krasny on Wednesday morning.
“Each time we confront her, each time we ask her for a debate, each time we gain ground in the polls, something horrible happens,” said Burns. “Once or twice might be a coincidence, but such a consistent correlation is hard to ignore.”

So I just looked up KQED’s forum and listened to Pelosi in the first half hour. Apparently Cindy declined to be on the 2nd half hour with the other candidates, but she called in and asked Pelosi about the Bush impeachment. It’s fascinating to hear Pelosi claim that there’s no reason to impeach Bush.
Cindy Sheehan is one of the few Americans who tried so hard to make a difference, found out how corrupt BOTH parties are and had the guts to stand up against them.
NOTHING will change for the better as long as the people refuse to acknowledge that BOTH parties are owned by the bankers and corporations.

Apparently there are demonstrations scheduled throughout the country, rather short notice, but better late than never. Notably, the “consumer advocate” organization ACORN is FOR the bailout. Typical.
If I was near San Francisco, I’d be there with Cindy.
Pelosi needs to GO HOME and STAY HOME—she’s as corrupt as anyone.
I haven’t eaten veal in at least 25 years and lately my meat intake has been limited to ground buffalo. I’d get my own chickens instead of buying free range eggs, but they wouldn’t live long with the coyotes around.
