I ALSO I HAVE A DEBT WITH THIS COLLECTIONS BUT I REALIZE THAT WE SHOULDNT BE UPSET AT THEM THERE ARE ONLY DOING THERE JOB! WE SHOULD BE UPSET AT PACBELL THEY GAVE THEM THE ACCOUNT TO COLLECT!! SO WE SHOULD ALL AGREE ITS NOT THERE FAULT...AND WHEN U CONTACT PACBELL THEY WILL SAY THEY NO LONGER HAVE IT AND THEY SOLD THE ACCOUNT ITS NOT TRUE THEY USE THAT COLLECTION AGENCY TO COLLECT FOR THEM AND STILL HAVE ANY SAY TO THE DEBT!!!
