TU also didn't get my complaint

Just got a call from Pat Norris with Trans Union, in response to the VM I left for her before I hired a process server last week. She was out traveling, and they didn't receive the complaint, signed for by Corporation Service in Phoenix.

Same as Equifax, and they're now the only defendant left who hasn't been served.

It sure is odd that I requested contact info for the TU legal department to verify receipt of my mailing so many times, and even Amanda Lewis ignored my VM.

I've had the same problem with Pac Bell collections American Agencies and provided them with a final payment receipt and when I signed the lease for my new residence. I asked them to provide me a file and they said it was too old and she didn't have it. I told her that since there was no cooberation of proof, she was bound by law to remove it. I got it removed from experian and they posted a collection on
Transunion. I just disputed that one. These people are slime balls, but just a mirror image of the system we live in.

They do it because they CAN. "Slime balls" is a good description. Did you see the http://american-agencies-complaints.us/

I'm thinking that American Agencies might be out of business soon, but it's definitely worth our while to go after Pacific Bell. If I can find some others like us, maybe an attorney will do a class action. I'll do a special page for Pac Bell next week.
