And I'm not really opposed to dismissing this case and refiling in California - if I can find an attorney.
Attorney Steven D. Rathfon wrote in his Memorandum:
"While the complaint is somewhat convoluted, the bulk of it appears to be a running narrative of her ongoing disputes with many collection agencies over a number of debts, including PBTC's delinquent phone bill debt."
That's just SO nice. He is portraying me as a deadbeat.
NONE of the ALLEGED debts were legit!
ALL debts in my complaint are fraudulent, exactly like the Pacific Bell collection.
Fortunately, the declarations he faxed are real goldmines. I may even be able to prove perjury.
