Finally posted the recording of the TU Fraud Department announcement, just for the record.
You can of course listen to the Announcement by calling 800-680-7289. But they're closed most of the times, they claim they're open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, but they're never open when I call in the afternoon around 4 PM.

Dave, it's no wonder other people are using your ID if you publicize it as you did here!
I deleted all the numbers. If someone else purposely used your SSN, I suggest you go to the police and file a ID theft report and then try for your deer tag again with the police report to show that YOU don't have a tag yet.
The police can subpoena the records to find out who applied in your name.
