I don't work for Pacific Bell. If I DID work for Pacific Bell, I still wouldn't know how much you owe them.

Due to the frustration I've experienced trying to contact Pacific Bell, I recommend that you NOT pay your bill unless you think they'll sue you or you need to pay to get phone service. I deleted the poster's e-mail so s/he isn't subjected to scams or who knows what.

This posting shows that so many people need help with their credit reports and just do not have any business skills.

That doesn't make them bad people, nor do they deserve to get screwed by the bureaus and creditors just because they lack business skills.
