I called the Corporate people in VA to confirm that I still had the right legal agent for Cap One, no problem.
Asked who to serve for FRB Richmond, and was told that a Federal Bank is listed with the OTC, not the state, and got a # for the OTC.
Called the OTC, listened to recordings on how to search their web site, did that, found nothing.
Was unable to reach a person, but called the Federal Research # provided by the OTC recording. Got a person who gave me the number for FTB Richmond, I need to call them.
So, I called FRB Richmond, was transferred, got a VM with an option to press 0 for immeditate assistance, tried that, but it just rang and rang and rang. It was almost 5 PM. Try again tomorrow.
