Ms. Mello hadn't returned my call on 7/18. Left another VM for her to please get back to me and that I'm recording the VM.
I love that digital recorder with up to 38 hours of recordings. It's easy to transfer the calls to the computer and then convert to .wav files.
If somebody told me that a company like Pacific Bell doesn't return calls after you filed suit against them, I just wouldn't believe it.
Even after many years of HORRIBLE service, I always thought that *somewhere* at Pacific Bell must be some people with the courtesy to return calls.
