Rosetta Hicks left a message for me today.
I called her back, and she had NO idea what I was calling on, she was returning my call. This is really frustrating, considering that I had spoken to her on 7/9, she had promised that she would e-mail Mary Mello and get back to me, and then I had left this extremely specific VM after I didn't hear from her.
Even after I explained everything to her again she could not recall anything, she explained that she gets so many calls.
Of course this is so important because it documents how Pacific Bell does business, it's exactly how they ignored me in 96/97.
I've been wondering what the SBC in their announcements is, and she explained that it is the Pacific Bell parent company in San Antonio, TX.
Ms. Hicks finally gave me the direct number for Mary Mello, the Pacific Bell registered agent in San Jose: 408-554-7614. I left a VM for her.
