I explained again that I have been trying to find out whether the Waiver of Service was received and that I have no problem with hiring a process server if they refuse to sign the Waiver. Just want to make sure it was received so that I can recover my expenses.
Rosetta was aware of my VM on Monday, stated that they tried to call me but my number was answered by a fax. That's odd, because everybody else can leave messages and I just called my number and it worked fine. And apparently Pacific Bell doesn't have the ability to send a fax.
She promised to send an e-mail to Mary Mello, the agent who should have received my mailing, and that I would hear by tomorrow.
Also, they are located in Dallas, TX.
